OB Apartement: Our service is short or long-term rentals
Conditions
Minimal renting period: Because we offer top-level service on top place of Budva, we have some minimal rental rules.
10 days is the minimum rental period in the low season, and 1 month in the high season.
Number of Persons
Maximum number of persons: If you want to rent our O&B apartment, you must know that we accept a maximum of 4 persons, without exception.
Pets
Did pets are allowed : Although we are big pet lovers and have had the best dog on the planet (Ciki-Westie) for 16 years, we cannot allow pets in our apartment because we don’t have a proper team to deal with that kind of guest.
Other terms and conditions
Payment: Due to the problems, we have both with banks and with previous guests, unfortunately, we do not accept other forms of payment except cash payments.
